Thrust ball bearings are seperable and are manufactured as single acting and double acting bearings, The single acting type cosists of the shaft washer. The ball set and the housing washer. The double type of two housing washers, two ball sets and the central washer (shaft washers) Both types can take high axial loads. They must not be used for the accomodation of radial loads and for highspeeds, Minimum loads dependent on speed should be taken into account.To compensate angular deflection thrust ball bearings with spherical housing washer and, if necessary, with support washers should be used.
